12) You will be able to buy your book at 40% off the Retail Price, To do your own book signing and events and promoting - plus shipping.
13) We setup your book with the Library of Congress. In this way, all Libraries can order your book. (NOTE: This is not the Copyright)
14) We will do our Marketing / Promoting / Advertising for your book during the length of the contract. The author also needs to promote, advertise, and take part in local events for exposure that will create sales.
15) Books are setup with over 39,000 Major chain Bookstores / Booksellers / Wholesalers / Distributors worldwide and in 200 countries.
16) Our Contract is for 10 years, and we are Exclusive. During that time, no other publisher can publish that book. During this same time, it is illegal for an author to have the book printed, or sold by any other publisher, including self-publishing, nor can the ISBN be used. Legal action will be taken if this is done by the author.
17) ALL books are Returnable through all Bookstores / Booksellers / Wholesalers / Distributors worldwide for life. We also are required to make the book available to all Bookstores / Booksellers - Wholesalers / Distributors at 45% - 55% of the Retail Price, and this can go as high as 60% off the Retail Price. We do this so that they may take interest in listing / and buying to resell your book to their customers.
18) DragonEye Publing sets Retail Price of the book, based on book type -- Paperback / Hardback / E-book / Color Interior / black and white.
19) If your book is Returned - unsold to customers - as all bookstores / booksellers and wholesalers / distributors, you will receive no royalty for that book. Only books that sell are counted for royalties.
20) There is always Books printed for inventory even with POD
21) Bookstores and Online booksellers does not have to have Physical Inventory - Due to being POD. But they can stock Physical copies in their warehouses to have ready to ship out, when a customer orders.
Note also, that e-books can also be returned, after a customer reads your ebook, and no royalty will be paid.
